As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the helpful staff who assisted me in checking in early. The hotel's convenient location near the central station and the quiet street it was situated on made it easy for me to get around. The lobby and reception area were beautifully arranged, and my room was comfortable and well-equipped. Special requests, like having an electrical kettle, were met with promptness and efficiency.

I loved the private terrace in our beautiful room at Hotel San Pietro. It had a fine view overlooking a beautiful dome. The room itself was spacious and really clean, with a huge shower and a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was great too, just a short walk from the main station and a 15-minute stroll to the historic center. We also enjoyed being close to the famous Da Michele Pizza Restaurant, definitely worth the wait. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great location, and amazing views.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and always were great too make our stay enjoyable. They even parked our car for us, a huge relief after driving through the busy city. The hotel itself was beautiful and had a charming boutique style. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of American choices. The room was fine and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. We loved the breakfast terrace and the hotel's key location, easy to access restaurants and go shopping.

This hotel is located in a somewhat scruffy area away from the rail station, but it provides easy access to the Archeology museum. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, even going so far as to park guests' cars. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a classic style and offer many extras. The bathrooms are clean and feature luxurious rain showers. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, including American choices. there is a lovely balcony seating area to enjoy the view.

This place is located in a typically Naples area, in the historical center and just a short walk from the train station. The staff received excellent training in customer service and it shows. The terrace is wonderful in the evenings and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Cons: I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious and comfortable stay.
